Taxi advertising for beauty brands
Beauty brands often build a campaign around colour, a product and a launch date. A London taxi campaign can carry all three across the city: outside on the taxi, and inside the cab on the tip seats.
Colour carries.
A full wrap gives one brand the main exterior body of the taxi, which may suit creative built on a signature colour. The pink of Monday Haircare’s full wrap is one example from the campaign book.
Supersides work differently: one message on large panels on both sides of at least ten taxis. That can work for a single product or range that needs to be seen again and again across London.
Face to face, inside the cab.
Every standard campaign also carries your message inside the taxi, on the fold-down tip seats facing passengers, at no additional media charge. For a product-led brief, that gives the campaign a second, closer surface alongside the exterior. More on tip-seat advertising.
Formats to consider
Outside and in, one campaign.
Both exterior formats include tip seats, production, printing, installation, standard launch photography and a post-campaign report.

Planning around a launch.
Taxis can be one part of a wider launch. Monday Haircare’s full wrap ran as part of its “No Bad Mondays” campaign, alongside flyposting, social media and a competition that invited people to share sightings of the campaign.
Product launches and seasonal moments come with dates. Put the date in your first brief: taxis, formats and dates are subject to availability, and taxi advertising lead times explains the stages between brief and launch.
On the street, creative has to read at a glance, so a single clear product message is worth considering. Artwork is prepared to a vehicle-specific specification; the artwork guide covers the process.
