These terms apply to your use of this website. The website is operated by Excite OOH Ltd (company number 14496022), which trades as London Taxi Media. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Excite OOH Ltd.

These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms for booking a campaign or a private hire service: see “Bookings and paid services” below.

You may use the website to find out about our services and to contact us. You must not:

• use it in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, the server it runs on or any connected system
• interfere with how the website works, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it
• send false, misleading or automated enquiries, or use the forms to send spam
• copy or scrape its content in bulk

The website’s content, including its text, design, the London Taxi Media name and logo, and its photography, is owned by us or used with permission. You may view it, and print or save pages for your own reference. You must not otherwise copy, publish or adapt it without our written permission.

Campaign photography shows work for our clients. Their names, logos, trademarks and advertising creative belong to them or to the relevant rights holders and must not be reused.

Information on the website is general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not an offer or a recommendation for any particular campaign, and it may change without notice.

Prices on the website are entry prices, excluding VAT, and are a guide. The price, scope and dates of any campaign or service are confirmed only when agreed in writing during the booking process.

Taxis, formats and dates are subject to availability. Nothing on the website guarantees availability until we confirm it.

Campaign bookings, private hire services and any other paid services are subject to separate written terms agreed during the booking process. Those terms, not these website terms, govern any booking.

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract. How we handle the information you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors or interruptions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and the version on the website when you use it applies.
